What this site collects
CasualGames is a fan-made walkthrough site. We do not ask you to create an account, we do not process payments, and we do not sell or share personal data. There are no login forms, no contact forms that store input, and no user-generated content. The only third-party requests this site makes are the YouTube player on level pages and the outbound store links described under embedded videos and outbound links below.
Analytics and advertising
This site does not currently run Google Analytics, Google AdSense or any other analytics or advertising script. We therefore set no analytics cookies and no advertising cookies of our own, and no third party sets advertising cookies on our behalf. If that changes, this page will be updated with the specific services and the cookie and opt-out information that applies to them before they go live.
Cookies
The site itself sets no cookies. The only cookies you may encounter come from the embedded YouTube player on level pages, which is governed by Google's own cookie controls — your browser's cookie settings apply to those as they would on YouTube itself.
Embedded videos and outbound links
Level walkthroughs are hosted on YouTube — the videos stay the property of the channels that uploaded them — and are embedded with the official YouTube embed player. When you play an embedded video, YouTube may set its own cookies and may collect data according to the Google Privacy Policy. The download page links out to the official Google Play and App Store listings; those stores collect data under their own policies, not ours.
Log data from hosting
Like any web server, our hosting provider may record standard access logs (IP address, requested URL, HTTP status, user agent) for security and reliability purposes. These logs are not used by us to profile visitors.
Children's content
This site is aimed at general audiences and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The games we cover are the property of their own developers and are governed by their own privacy practices.
