Terms of Use

Acceptance of these terms
By browsing CasualGames you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with them, please stop using the site. These terms apply to every page here — the game hubs, the level lists and the individual walkthrough pages.
What this site is
CasualGames is an independent, fan-made guide site for mobile casual puzzle games. We publish level lists, difficulty ratings, written walkthroughs and links to video solutions so players can get past a board they are stuck on. We are not affiliated with, authorised by or endorsed by any of the game developers whose titles appear here.
Intellectual property
Game names, icons, artwork, screenshots and store listings belong to their respective developers and are used here for identification and commentary. Walkthrough videos are embedded from YouTube and remain the property of the channels that published them. The text we write ourselves — descriptions, guides, ratings and site design — belongs to CasualGames.
How you may use the site
You are welcome to read, link to and share our pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not scrape the site at scale, republish our written guides as your own, mirror the site, or use automated tools in a way that degrades service for other visitors. Commercial use of our text requires written permission.
Advertising and third-party links
The site is free to read and supported by advertising, and it links out to third-party sites such as game stores and video platforms. Those destinations are governed by their own terms and privacy policies; we are not responsible for their content or practices. See the Privacy Policy for how cookies and advertising partners are handled here.
No warranty
Guides are provided “as is”. Games are updated, levels are renumbered and solutions that worked on one version of a board may not match the next. We aim for accuracy but we cannot guarantee that every walkthrough is current, complete or error-free, and we are not responsible for any loss arising from relying on them.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site grows. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated version.
